Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital services purchased by the Buyer through r3turn.io. Services provided: Brand Intelligence Report — One-time digital analysis report. It is a report prepared for the website and brand specified by the Buyer, including digital export visibility, GEO analysis, technical SEO, and brand trust assessment. Delivery time: within 24 hours.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The service fee is clearly notified to the Buyer at the time of order. Payment is made by credit card or debit card via secure payment infrastructure. All prices include taxes.

4. DELIVERY

Following the confirmation of payment, the report is sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer within 24 hours. Delivery takes place in digital file (PDF or HTML link) format. No physical delivery is made.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for digital content and services under the following conditions: The Buyer accepts that the report preparation process will start at the time of payment and that it has the nature of digital content. With this acceptance, the right of withdrawal falls within the framework of the relevant legislation. If the Buyer requests a withdrawal before the report is delivered, the situation will be evaluated and the refund decision will be at the discretion of the Seller.

6. PRIVACY

Personal data belonging to the Buyer is used only for the purpose of fulfilling the service. It is not shared with third parties. For details: r3turn.io/privacy

7. DISPUTE

In disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized. Turkish law applies.

8. EFFECTIVENESS
