REFUND POLICY

1. General Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RETURN Technology & Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("RETURN", "we", "our") via our website (r3turn.io). Our primary product, the Brand Intelligence Report, is a custom-generated digital product (delivered in PDF and HTML formats). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Product Exemption

Because the Brand Intelligence Report is a highly customized, digital data product that requires immediate computational resources and manual verification to generate, all sales are considered final once the report generation process has begun. Unlike physical goods, digital data cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed or delivered. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for "change of mind" or if the report's factual findings do not align with your expectations.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our infrastructure. Refunds will ONLY be considered under the following strictly defined circumstances: Non-Delivery: If you have not received your report within the stated 48-hour delivery window due to a technical failure on our end, and we are unable to fulfill the order. Critical Technical Defects: If the delivered files (PDF/HTML) are severely corrupted, completely unreadable, or missing the core advertised sections, and our support team cannot provide a corrected version within 3 business days of being notified. Pre-Generation Cancellation: If you request a cancellation immediately after payment AND our system has not yet begun the data extraction and AI analysis process for your brand.

4. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. As such, all approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via the Lemon Squeezy platform. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage our clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their credit card issuer or bank. Unjustified chargebacks (friendly fraud) will be contested using our system logs, which track the generation and successful email delivery of the digital report.
