Company name, company website URL, contact email address. Collected via: Brand Intelligence submission form. Legal basis: Explicit consent (form submission). Retention: Duration of service relationship + 2 years.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS:
IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages viewed, geographic location (country level), referral source. Collected via: Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) / Consent (GDPR Art. 6/1-a). Retention: 14 months (GA4 default). Only collected after cookie consent is given.

To deliver Brand Intelligence reports, analyze and improve site performance, communicate regarding our services, and comply with legal obligations.

We share data with the following processors: Google LLC (Analytics) — USA, Standard Contractual Clauses; Anthropic PBC (AI processing for reports) — USA; Vercel Inc (hosting) — USA. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Your data may be transferred to the USA where our service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place per KVKK and GDPR requirements.
